Khadim Hussain Rizvi was born in 1966 in Pindi Gheib area of Attock district of Punjab. Aryans belong to the community. His brother, Amir Hussain, is a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Pakistan Army. []]

In 2015, he founded a political party for the Tehreek-e-Labeek or Rasoolullah (TLYP), a political party called Tehreek-e-Labeek Pakistan (TLP). []] The TLP came into being after the execution of Mumtaz Qadri, who assassinated Punjab Governor Salman Taseer for opposing blasphemy laws and gained notoriety as a result. At the time of the governor's assassination, Rizvi was serving as an endowment official in the Punjab government.
